Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests and visitors.
  • Handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as mail management, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of office activities using software like CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders as well as external clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in administration or related field (front desk/guest handling).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written proficiency.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) & Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
