Job Description

Sourcing: Proactively search for active and passive candidates using social media, professional networking platforms, and job boards.
Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms; conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Partner with department and hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions and understand specific role requirements.
Coordination: Schedule and manage the interview process between candidates and the hiring team.
Offers & Onboarding: Prepare and negotiate job offers, handle compensation discussions, and assist with new-hire orientation.
System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and metrics within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). MALE CANDIDATE PREFERABLE .
