Job Description Manager - Human Resources
Objective: Lead and manage corporate HR functions by driving HR strategies, policies, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and corporate HR initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS), KRA/KPI setting, and succession planning.
- Lead Learning & Development and competency development programs.
- Design and execute employee engagement.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, annual appraisal, and reward programs.
- Ensure HR compliance with applicable labour laws and internal policies.
- Manage HRIS, employee lifecycle, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics for management review.
- Lead HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Mentor the HR team and promote a high-performance work culture.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5 - 6 years of HR experience,
- Salary: 6 Lacs to 7 Lacs
