Job Description

Job Title: O2C Executive (Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable)

Location: Chennai
Shift: Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end O2C process including invoicing, billing & collections
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
• Perform cash application and account reconciliation
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Maintain AR aging and ensure timely collections
• Support month-end closing activities
• Ensure adherence to SLA & compliance standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of O2C / AR process
• Experience in billing, collections & cash application
• Exposure to ERP tools (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
