Exp 6+ yrs working in Servicenow, overall 8+ yrs

Must Have skills - 6+ yrs Hands on exp in Servicenow, ITSM, servicenow catalog, hands on experience scripting, Integration, CSM

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Service Catalog development
• ITSM and CSM modules
• Solid scripting skills:
• JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
• Glide APIs
• Experience in:
• Flow Designer
• REST API integrations

Platform Knowledge

• Good understanding of:
• Role-based access & entitlements
• ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization

Certifications (Mandatory)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• At least one of:
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist
