Job Description

HRBP Executive Roles & Responsibilities (BPO Industry)


  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units or processes.
  • Partner with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and stakeholders to address people-related concerns.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as fun activities, rewards & recognition programs, festivals, wellness events, and town halls.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and ensure timely closure of employee concerns.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and skip-level meetings to understand employee pulse and improve engagement.
  • Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and retention trends, and recommend action plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, headcount, productivity, and engagement scores.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring and workforce planning.
  • Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and support capability-building initiatives.
  • Support performance management by facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans), and performance discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labor laws, code of conduct, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct induction sessions and educate employees on organizational policies and HR processes.
  • Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to improve retention.
  • Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people analytics to business leaders.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Admin, IT, and other support functions to resolve employee-related issues.
  • Participate in audits and maintain employee documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
