Job Description
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will support end-to-end recruitment activities for Chefs
Primary Duties
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned job positions
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and company fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate trackers
- Develop talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups until candidate joining
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Interest in HR recruitment and people interaction
- Basic understanding of hiring process is an advantage
Education
Graduate in any discipline
Only Female Organization
Work Mode: Work from home ( Full Time )
Working Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Saturday Policy: 2 Saturdays Off + 2 Half-Day Saturdays
Good incentives
Salary max 15,000/-pm to 25,000/-pm depending upon interview. Open to women's who have taken career break . Only experienced recruiters having experience in Chefs.
