As a Senior Executive - Corporate Sales, your key responsibilities will include:
Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies specifically tailored for the healthcare industry to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities, key accounts, and partnerships within the assigned territory or segment.
Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring profitable outcomes and long-term relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
People Management & Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
Utilize strong people management skills to resolve team conflicts, inspire motivation, and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor progress, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Act as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs comprehensively to offer tailored solutions and services.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
