Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 0 to 6 months of experience to join our team as an HR Recruiter in Altos Technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.


• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.


• Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.


• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

• MBA degree or equivalent qualification.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.


• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
