Job Title: Front Office Manager (FOM) IDS Software Experience Mandatory
Location: Kota , Rajasthan
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day front office operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front office operations.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and queries efficiently.
- Ensure excellent guest relations and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train front office staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have hands-on experience working on IDS Software (Infodynamic Software). Applications from candidates without IDS Software experience will not be considered.
