Job Description
Job Title: Sr. US Bench Sales Executive
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, India
Duration: Full Time
Salary: The Best in the industry and based on experience.
We are looking for young, dynamic, talented and energetic US technical recruiters with excellent written and communication skills to work in night shifts into bench sales marketing.
Candidates should have 2+ years US recruitment bench marketing/Sales experience.
Immediate Start Needed, Should be willing to work in US timings EST ( Night shift in India)
Requirements:
Able to work with primes vendors
Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B,OPT,CPT,GC,US Citizen etc..)
Proven successful sales experience / US Technical Recruiting Experience in US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry
Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract , Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.).
Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source requirements
Able to get suitable candidates profiles from LinkedIn, Dice etc.. For sales and marketing

Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements
Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines
Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required
