Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly Indian payroll administration and ensure timely closure (in-house payroll processing) for a headcount of 15,000+ employees.
Handle statutory remittances including PF and ESIC with accuracy and within prescribed timelines.
Oversee compliance management with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Monitor and manage attendance records to ensure accuracy in payroll inputs.
Administer employee life cycle processes (ELC) including mediclaim management and employee confirmations.
Conduct frequent reviews of minimum wage notifications/changes to ensure alignment with statutory requirements.
Manage pilferage and performance incentive disbursement in line with organizational policies.
Facilitate timely statutory bonus disbursement as per legal requirements.
Coordinate and oversee consultant agreement renewals to ensure continuity and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Indian payroll management, specifically with in-house payroll processing for organizations handling 5,000+ employees.
