About the Role


We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager with experience in the hotel industry, specializing in corporate and travel agent sales for a different properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships, travel agents, and key accounts while ensuring strong client relationships and consistent occupancy growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, travel agents, and local business partners to drive room and banquet sales for the assigned property
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively generating new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate closely with the Revenue and Operations team to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Track competitor activities and local market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in hotel industry (corporate sales / B2B sales preferred)
  • Experience in handling corporate clients and travel agents
  • Basic understanding of room revenue, occupancy, and hotel sales cycle
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
