Non IT Recruiter - BPO Hiring @ Trigent Software

Job Description

**Looking only for immediate joiners or 15days Notice**

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle for BPO roles (voice / non-voice)
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Close positions within deadlines

2. Sourcing Candidates

• Use portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
• Perform bulk hiring / volume hiring for BPO processes

3. Screening & Interviewing

• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Evaluate communication skills and job fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with stakeholders

4. Candidate Management

• Maintain candidate database and trackers
• Ensure smooth communication throughout hiring process
• Provide good candidate experience

5. Offer & Onboarding

• Follow up with selected candidates
• Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
• Ensure joining within timelines

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
• Experience in BPO / Non-IT hiring
• Knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques
• Ability to handle bulk hiring targets
• Good stakeholder management & coordination skills

Eligibility

• Graduate (any stream)
• Typically 1 - 4 years experience in recruitment
• Experience in BPO hiring preferred
