Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Experience: 3- 8 Years
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Work from office (Every week)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across business and technology roles. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and delivery timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and assess candidates for fitment (technical & cultural)
- Coordinate interviews and drive closure within defined TAT
- Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline data
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and SLAs
Key Skills:
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring (based on requirement)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience in IT services / product hiring
- Exposure to hiring across mid-level roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting dashboards
