We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our US Healthcare process.

Job Description

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Denial Management for US Healthcare providers.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and outstanding payments.
• Analyze and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
• Ensure timely payment collection and account resolution.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Experience in AR Calling / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of denial management and claim follow-up.
• Familiarity with US Healthcare processes.
