Area Sales Manager @ TekPillar

Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to handle sales and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve business targets. Candidates with strong communication skills and field sales experience will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets
• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct client meetings and market visits regularly
• Monitor team performance and provide training when required
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in field sales will be preferred
• Candidate should be target-oriented and self-motivated
• Local candidates preferred
