An IT Service Delivery fresher role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, monitoring service quality, and acting as the bridge between technical teams and end-users. Freshers focus on troubleshooting issues, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring IT systems align with business needs.


  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving end-user technical issues.
  • Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client queries and feedback.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track service tickets.
  • SLA Adherence: Ensure that IT services meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements.
  • Documentation: Maintain logs of resolved incidents and update knowledge bases.
