Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through effective team handling and showroom sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in retail store operations or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Kannada language (written & spoken).
• Proven track record in department management, retail sales, or store management.
