KRAs:
Relationship building with existing high-net-worth customers and cross-selling banking products.
Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels
Ensures high levels of customer service orientation.
Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile:
Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth individual customers through individualised customer service.
The candidate should have prior banking experience and have managed a portfolio.
Understanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage
