Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
* Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
* Coordinate client interviews and provide timely follow-ups
* Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates
* Maintain ATS and recruitment databases
* Stay updated on US market trends, visa types, and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of H1B, GC, TN, USC, OPT, etc.
Knowledge of US tax terms: W2, 1099, C2C
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Experience with ATS tools and job portals
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred candidate profile
