Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for current accounts, saving accounts, and other retail liabilities.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities through merchant activities such as EDC (Electronic Data Capture) devices.
• Collaborate with the merchant acquiring team to resolve issues related to POS machines and provide exceptional customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the region.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in CASA sales or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of current account, saving account, POS machine, merchant acquiring, merchant services concepts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
