Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for current accounts, saving accounts, CASA sales, EDC (Electronic Data Capture), POS machines, and merchant acquiring services.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 0-7 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of casa sales, liabilities management, POS machine operations, and merchant acquiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
