Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in home loan sales.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase open market business through DST (Direct Sales Team) channels.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in the region by building relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in mortgage sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, including features, benefits, and risks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency channel or similar environment.
