Job Description
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Domestic department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand. Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent.
By building a robust tech talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our IT positions. Join our team and help shape our organization s future through effective talent acquisition and management.
Responsibilities :
- Post technical job descriptions in Job Boards LinkedIn etc.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Screening candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Promote company s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements and skills :
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Should have proven track record in Contract staffing 80%
- Hands on experience in working on client TA platforms FG / Beeline / Coupa etc
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Skype and MS Teams / GSuite Etc.)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Any Graduation.
