Job Description

 
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Domestic department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand. Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent.
By building a robust tech talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our IT positions. Join our team and help shape our organization s future through effective talent acquisition and management.
Responsibilities :
  • Post technical job descriptions in Job Boards LinkedIn etc.
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
  • Screening candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Promote company s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements and skills :
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Should have proven track record in Contract staffing 80%
  • Hands on experience in working on client TA platforms FG / Beeline / Coupa etc
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Skype and MS Teams / GSuite Etc.)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Any Graduation.
