ServiceNow Developer @ DXC Technology

Job Description

• Development and configuration : Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (CSM or FSO), workflows, and catalog items This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies
• Integration : Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Customization : Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs
• Data management : Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity
• Troubleshooting and support : Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have)
• ServiceNow development experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Financial Services Operations (FSO) REQUIRED
• Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following:
  • Playbooks
  • Flow Designer
  • Now Assist / AI
  • Platform Analytics
  • Predictive Intelligence
  • Service Portal
  • Catalog Items
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (preferred)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience with UI/React development
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing
