Job Description:

We are hiring Denial Coding Specialists with strong expertise in coding review and correction. This role is focused on coding analysis for denied claims and providing coding recommendations to AR teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review denied claims from a coding perspective
• Perform accurate coding corrections (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Identify coding-related denial reasons
• Provide coding suggestions/recommendations to AR Caller team
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding
• Experience in denial coding / coding audits / coding review
• Good understanding of claim denials from coding standpoint
• Exposure to US Healthcare / RCM
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred:

• Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC (preferred)
• Experience in multi-specialty coding
