Position Details
Position: Production Manager
Department: Production
Reporting To: DGM / VP Operations
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the entire production function, ensuring high-quality output, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and implement effective production schedules.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production resources.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Monitor productivity and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Enforce safety procedures and environmental compliance.
People Management
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams.
- Manage workforce planning, attendance, discipline, and performance.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
- Implement productivity improvement and cost-reduction projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Expertise in manufacturing processes and production systems
Hands-on knowledge of machinery, quality systems, and process improvement
ERP and production planning experience
Excellent communication and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related field
Experience: 815 years in manufacturing/production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Preferred Industries: HVAC, Automotive, Electronics, Engineering Manufacturing, or related sectors

- Achievement of production targets
- Reduction in downtime and rejection rates
- Compliance with quality and safety standards
- Improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- On-time delivery performance

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary
- AED 120,000 144,000 (In-hand) (INR 31.20L~37.44L)
- Annual Performance Incentive: AED 30,000 36,000 (Up to 25%) (INR 7.8L~9.36L)
