Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Executive / Senior Executive Talent Acquisition with strong expertise in US Healthcare recruitment and hands-on bulk hiring experience. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for RCM, AR Calling, Medical Billing, Coding, and other US healthcare support functions across our locations in Mumbai and Chennai
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment process for US healthcare roles.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring for RCM, AR, Billing, Coding, and Claims positions.
- Conduct HR screening, assess skill fit, communication, salary fit, and shift readiness.
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent and high-demand roles.
- Apply Boolean search and proactive sourcing strategies.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and project requirements.
- Share hiring dashboards, progress reports, and recruitment analytics.
- Coordinate with operations teams during ramp-ups and mass hiring drives.
4. Bulk Hiring & Hiring Drives
- Plan and execute walk-in drives, mass recruitment events, and project ramp-ups across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Navi Mumbai locations.
- Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Improve joining ratios and reduce hiring turnaround time.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Manage offer letters, onboarding coordination, and pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure adherence to organizational and US process hiring guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data in ATS/HRMS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of experience in US Healthcare Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring.
- Knowledge of US healthcare roles: RCM, AR Calling, Billing, Coding, Claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
