Shift: US Rotational Shift
Weekly Offs: Rotational Offs
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
Experience Required: 1 to 7 Years

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Travel Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions through voice support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to travel services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Meet process-specific productivity and performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
  • Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, or International Voice Process is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in US rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Graduation preferred.
