Job Description
- Position Title: SBS P2P - Travel and Entertainment (Senior Executive) (North America) - 1 year Contract
- Reports To: Manager/Assistant Manager SBS P2P
- Location: NESCO, Goregaon East, Mumbai, India
- Shift: 5.30 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST
Purpose of the Job:
- The Senior Executive, Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Expenses is a pivotal member of the Finance team, responsible for leading and optimizing the timely receipt and accurate processing of all T&E reimbursement claims.
- This role significantly contributes to driving value through meticulous financial oversight, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing efficiency within the T&E function .
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel & Entertainment (T&E) claim review
- Employee T&E Card statement reconciliation
- Employee payment reporting to Payroll team
- Liaison with related department team members in business & stakeholders
- Booking expenses in ERP
- Resolving employee queries
- Coordination with Sodexo Finance
- Reverting to Employee Query
- Supporting Audit team as per requirement
- Act as first-level reviewer / maker-checker for executive-processed claims and exception cases.
- Independently handle NorAm employee email queries and escalations in clear, professional English.
- Track daily productivity, ageing of pending claims, and publish status dashboards.
- Support UAT for T&E tool / policy changes and assist with SOP updates.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce
- 35 years of experience in Travel & Entertainment / Accounts Payable, preferably in a Shared Services / Captive environment.
- Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP / Oracle) and a T&E tool (Concur / Chrome River / similar).
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivots, V-lookup) for reconciliations and reporting.
- Exposure to NorAm / global stakeholder handling preferred.
