Job Description

We're Hiring: Team Leader Academic Counselling (UG & PG Online Programs)

Location: Noida
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead a team of Academic Counsellors focused on admissions for UG & PG Online Degree Programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the online education industry and proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 1015 Academic Counsellors
Drive admissions and revenue targets for UG & PG Online Programs ( Preferable)
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Conduct coaching sessions, call audits, and performance reviews
Support team members in handling escalations and closing high-value prospects
Track conversion metrics and implement strategies to improve team productivity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission process

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in Academic Counselling / Inside Sales
At least 12 years of Team Handling experience managing 1015 team members
preferable experience in UG & PG Online Degree Programs (Online Education/EdTech Industry)
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals

Preferred Background

Experience with Online Universities, Distance Education, or EdTech organizations
Familiarity with admission processes for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Online Programs
