Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager cum Business Development Manager who can efficiently manage recruitment and human resource functions while simultaneously driving business growth through team management, client acquisition, and sales development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train sales executives and office staff.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Monitor employee performance and maintain attendance records.
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance requirements.
- Organize training and development programs for staff.
Business Development & Sales Management
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance regularly.
- Develop business strategies to increase loan sourcing and revenue generation.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
Team & Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and management teams.
- Prepare business performance reports and recruitment updates.
- Ensure smooth workflow and productivity across departments.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
- MBA (HR/Marketing/Finance) preferred.
- Graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Sales and business development expertise.
- Knowledge of banking and loan products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Experience
- Fresh MBA graduates with internship exposure can apply.
- Candidates with up to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, sales, banking, finance, or business development are preferred.
