Job Title: Demand Manager / Business Development Executive

Location: Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Role (MonSat)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals for the Jaipur market who can drive demand generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive offline sales through cold calling and client meetings
• Identify and onboard new clients, corporates, and channel partners
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to closure and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Track monthly sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Key Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good networking and relationship-building ability
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Up to 26 years
• Experience: Min 6 months exp in sales and good market exposer can apply for the role.
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation

• CTC: As per industry standards
